WHAT ARE OLD EMOTIONAL TRIGGERS?

You know, those things that set us off and make us act crazy, they usually go way back, like to our childhood? In the Nearapy™ Biz we call them "triggers." They stem from those early experiences we had growing up, and how our lil' minds were learnin' to navigate the world.

For instance, you got a kid, right? They're all innocent and stuff, but they also go through some tough times, like with their parents or at school. These events and experiences leave an imprint on their minds, like a tattoo, you feel me? This is where those emotional triggers start to form. We call this "emotional conditioning" in the psych biz.

HOW OLD TRIGGERS CREATE NEW WOUNDS.

Now, fast forward to adulthood. We're out here tryna find love and live our lives, but we still got these old triggers in our heads. It's like we're carrying around a backpack full of emotional baggage that can weigh us down and hold us back. These triggers can make it hard for us to trust, communicate, or even just chill with someone we care about.

For example, let's say you had a parent who was always yellin' at you, never showin' you no love. You grow up thinkin' that's how relationships work, and you get all defensive and closed off when someone gets too close. Your partner might not even be tryna hurt you, but your mind is like, "Nah, I ain't goin' through that again," and you end up pushin' them away.

CONCLUSION:

So, if you wanna break free from those old emotional triggers and find real love, you gotta start by lookin' within, you know what I'm sayin'? Get in touch with those past experiences, and work on healin' those wounds. Therapy, meditation, journaling – whatever works for you, my friend.

Once you've dealt with that baggage, you'll be more open to love and connection, and you'll start attractin' the right kinda people in your life. It ain't easy, but trust me, it's worth it. We all deserve to be happy and find love, and that starts with healin' our own hearts.
